Endangering the life of my family

After a planned power failure in Ellisras Limpopo from 06H00 In the morning to 7h40 in the night of 29/05/2015 at 20h15 my my alarm activiated by it self and became unresponsive to my code various calls was made to call centre *** up to 20h45 and *** up to 21h05 i was transfered to Johannesburg Pretoria and Cape Town I was refuse to speak to a manager or supervisor Resulting in i had to cut the connecting wires to my inside speaker and un plug the alarm leaving my family exposed been burgarlerd once with a house entry 8 months ago and 2 further attemps to enter my premises . My 6 year old daugther are still traumitised by the entry that she is still sleeping in our room <br> At this time 2015/05/30 at 06h26 i am still waiting for an manager,supervisor or technicion to phone me my problem still remains unsolved leaving my family unprotected Will ADT RESPONSE BE SHOULD MY FAMILY BE HARMED WE TRIED OUR BEST???
