Empty promises and withheld refund

Moved house 1 Dec 2016. Requested the alarm system to be moved to the new propoerty 3 weeks prior to moving. Was told it would not be a problem. Closer to the time I just got excuses and no assistance to remove the alarm and reinstall at a new property. Removal Never happened. When eventually they came to light, I was informed that my alarm, with all the additions I added and paid for, was given away to the owner of the old property and that it will not be removed. A 2 eye system was installed as an interim almost a month after my move with EMPTY promises of reinstallation of the full system that was at the old property and to refund the remotes I had to pay for again on installation in the new property. Between Technical, Managers and Legal staff of ADT nothing has happened and it is 6 months later. Several calls , emails , messages left -all unanswered in the last month, before that each reply was the same EMPTY promise of installation and refunding. A Requested to cancel my ADT subscription seeing that they are just not doing what was promised - again, no response from ADT. Seems like ADT is just there with BAD SERVICE and EMPTY PROMISES and then vanish with their bad odour left behind.
