EMPTY PROMISES

I had my alarm system installed in November 2020 only to find out my alarm could not be armed at night because whenever I walked in the my bedroom the alarm would go off ,so i called ADT for assistance who then advised the technician needed to by pass something on the alarm...today 23.03.2021 i am still waiting for that tech guy after numerous calls still no help.

STRIKE 2 my panic button has been arming itself for the past few weeks ADT call i explain the same story panic button broken please send a technician out to fix my alarm this query was lodged in February its now march I do not feel safe using ADT is there anyone who can buy out ADT so i can move to a different company there service stinks real bad i wish i never joined
