Empty promises

Hi All

on the 15 Nov 2018 i wrote a report about the bad service of ADT they came back and said that we will have regular patrols in my area to protect my property because of the break ins

this only happen on the evening of the 15th and since then no patrol vehicle in side and we dont sleep at all because of the one guy that terrorize the area and break in no matter what hour

the regional manager promised my wife that if she have any problem just mail him/her direcly since he/she is on annual leave i mailed the person he specified on Monday and no reply of this issue

My concern is why does certain areas in the western cape have privileges by a visible patrol vehicle being spotted but other areas not we are paying for the service also and also need the same service as any other client

if you don't keep to your promise i will go to another company where they will treat me with respect and they keep promises

I need a speedy answer
