Email adrress was not changed

<p>I am shocked that after all the trouble of sending and email to ADT to cgange my email address it was not done.</p>

I have been holding on for ever afte chatting a call centre agent to send me the invice/statement which she has promised to email to me, i have been holding for 20 monutes now, how pathetic
