EC Security it is

i have been on hold for 10 minutes already trying to get hold of the Consultant who came to see us about moving our alarm system when we move house. I have been trying to get hold of Dawn Brian since Friday to no avail. now when I call the call centre, Maponyane or whatever her name is says she cannot help me as they are in meetings and I must call back. never mind taking a message. When I asked for the supervisor, she told me I am not able to speak to him as they are not allowed to give out any numbers for the supervisors. this is Ludacris! what kind of service is this? in my previous complaint about ADT I threatened to go to EC Security,. who were by us on the 18th of June, their pricing is competitive and they are AVAILABLE every time we call them. Perhaps you should consider holding meetings OUTSIDE of office hours so that should clients of 10 years be trying to get hold of someone they can do so. Someone had better call me back asap, as waiting 4 days for someone to contact me back only means my 10 year contract is going to be cancelled and we will move WITHOUT ADT.
