Durasec Installations/ADT Security USELESS!!!!!

<p>Met with a Sales consultant from Durasec on behalf of ADT on the 4th of May. I was given false information. Installation was delayed and not completed when done. Alarm was not working thereafter!!!! on 3 occassions I have had technicians at my premises, and I get told by both ADT and Durasec that the Alarm is functional. BUT THE ALARM IS STILL NOT WORKING AND NO CALLS, OR RESPONSES WHEN THE ALARM IS TRIGGERED. Both the named businesses are showing a complete disregard for the safety of my family. YET THEY ARE SECURITY COMPANIES. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.</p>
