Due to negligence house broken into and Adt refuse to take responsibility

Hi All, A lot of you are thinking of taking out a contract with ADT I taught, it is only fair if you should hear the bad and not only the good offers they give you. I have been with ADT for the past 8 years on Friday 18/01/2019 my alarm was activated and Adt called me to inform me that my alarm is being activated, I advised I was not at home. A guard went out and did an all round check and I was informed that everything was in order. I went home and I did find the slip informing me a check was done. On the 20/01/2019 my alarm was activated and again we were out at a prayer and advised that we were not home so please send a guard out. A guard was sent out and we were informed a few minutes later that everything was in order. An hour later our neighbours called us to inform us they saw to guys jumping the fence and they screamed out to the guys, the one that had stuff with him ran towards a vehicle and the other ran across to them pepper sprayed and pulled out a knife for them. All this is on camera from an adt camera system at an adt clients premises next door. Firstly we find that adt between 18/01/2019 and 20/01/2019 changed their access control to my premises to access denied. Adt do not have any written or verbal instruction from me confirming this. The control room did not inform us that the guard could not access premises and they also did not inform us of multiple zones be activated in the house, meaning someone is running up and down. The burglars removed burglar bars and window and entered our home. A lot of items were ****** as they had almost an hour in the premises. When we ere informed of the break in we rushed home and found that every drawer was opened and many items ******. We had called Adt out immediately and the guards arrived but refused to tell us who had come out and denied it being either of them. The shift supervisor also refused to comment on the day. I feel due to Adt’s negligence they should be held responsible for the break in as I have paid them timeously every month for protecting my property and the first time I have an incident they could not protect my property. Why should they advertise their services if they cannot do their Job, then they should not be a security company. If Adt guard did an all-round check as he would have caught the guys as they were still in the premises and they would have not gotten away with all my stuff. The same way they accessed property for eight years they had the same access to my property nothing changed except on their side. Adt refuse to take responsibility and we are not taking legal action against them, I just wanted to let you know if you interested in their service the type of service you can expect from them.
