Double charge rip-off
Not only did ADT charge my credit card 24 hours before the alarm was even installed, but they debited my card for the first month's armed response service and the next day debited my bank account for the same thing. A week after notifying them and I still have no response. ********** - there has been no effort to reverse one of the duplicate charges..hoping I wouldn't notice??
