Don't trust ADT to keep your house safe

We reported to the ADT Lephalale branch that we were going away from home for the weekend on friday the 22 September 2017, on Saterday morning we started getting sms's from ADT saying our house doors are being opened and closed, we got the sms from morning till night a total of 595 sms's in one day. We got scared and annoyed because the messages are saying that our house doors are being opened. Could this be a technical issue with ADT or is someone breaking in our house. We called headoffice to tell them we are getting sms's every 10 seconds what is wrong. We were not helped, we had to cut our trip short to drive back home to see what is wrong because we are paying for bad, useless service.
