DONT trust ADT

ADT does NOT keep you safe . We have installed an ADT alarm a few months ago . Guess what happens when the alarm goes off . Either they don't call you at all or when they do dispatch someone they take 30-90 minutes to get to your house . In the country we live thats enough time for the burglars to ***** everything inside your house and kill you and walk away slowly . That is not all , they expect you to pay for the months that the alarm was NOT WORKING . Also they lie - We have made an arrangement to make payment to the account and still they want to take it to their attorneys . If I could give you any advise , NEVER EVER put your safety in ADT's hands . Especially if you are working with Ruth from their secure you department . You will surely not get any service from her , only empty promises .
