Don't sign up with ADT

On Friday, May 31st, there was a break in at my bottle store (JMK BOTTLE STORE) in Zamdela Sasolburg. ADT's alarm system did not send them a signal message regarding the break in at my bottle store. Their system failed. I have been running after them since that day. They sent technicians who told me that they don't know why the signal did not go through. They later sent another technician to do a buffering report and he said that it's so damaged that he's not picking up anything from that report. I already spoke to their social media person who has now referred me to someone else. I also see that they have way more negative reviews than positive ones. If you don't contact them, they don't either.
