Dont need attitude from Control Room Manager

I called the control room yesterday as I wanted to get hold of the email address of the manager of Technical and Sifiso Buthelezi refused to give it to me as I wanted to email the manager to advise that their is a problem with my alarm, have had two radios installed in two weeks. I was transferred from one person to the next and then still have to put up with attitude from Sifiso. This is not on.
