Don't have words anymore, do not use ADT as your armed response company. Period.
Still waiting for confirmation that the attorneys you wrongfully handed me over to are no longer pursuing a debt collection case against me for the nonexistent debt and that it had no negative impact on my credit record. It has been more than a week.
