DONT CARE ATTITUDE, *****ING,SERVICE!!!

I am so disgusted with ADT. I called them in Aug and requested for my acc to be cancelled.I was told i would need to send them a letter and give them 1 months calender notice. I than followed their request and sent them a signed letter on the 28 Aug giving them a months notice which is Sep 2015 so my last debit would be at the beginning of Sep. I received a email delivery response and a read response from ADT that same day confirming my letter was received however they never bothered to contact me or write back to me so i assumed my request was processed. To my amazement they went into my account again at the beginning of Oct and took money again. I than called to query this and got told they never received my cancellation letter and wanted proof that i sent it. I than forwarded them the proof to Tshabalala Sithokozile and to [Email Removed] Whats amazing is i got read responses but no feedback, i than sent it again the next day about 10 times actually begging for feedback and once again i see my emails being opened but i never even received an acknowledgement from them to date. Its easy to take my money but i have to beg for service!!! You are Pathetic.
