Don't respond to alarm

On Monday morning my alarm went off and two hours and 35 minutes later only did the security guard arrive.

They didn't even call us to find out if we need assistance!!!

It would be better if we used that money to put up an electric fence as this is not the first time this has happened and I feel we would be much safer by putting that money towards a fence.

On a previous occasion I pressed the panic alarm after midnight as someone was on my verandah. I asked them to please send someone out as I was alone and there was someone on the back verandah. I looked out the front window for over two hours waiting for them and no one came then when I queried it they said someone drove past the house which is also a lie as I would have seen them. What use are they to me if they in any case just drive past when they do have access into my property!

The self same thing happened to my daughter in law who pressed the panic alarm 3 times when and intruder tried to get in through the french doors.

This is unacceptable but they will have another good excuse as to why they did not respond. If it happened once I can understand it but too many people are having the same problem with them.
