DOES RASHIED EXIST?

Hello,<br> <br> I have been waiting for Rashied the Technical Manager to get hold of me and get back to me regarding some technical issues we've been having which a standard technician cannot assist with. Rashied NEVER, NEVER gets back to us, NEVER answers his phone. A call centre agent told me he was \too busy"to help me right now. But it seems he has been \""too busy\"" to help us for the last 3 weeks as this is how long this issue has been going on. <br> <br> I was on hold to speak to Eve who is apparently his superior but I held for so long I had to give up.<br> <br> This is absolute TERRIBLE service and I need someone to get hold of me ASAP - unless ADT just doesn't care about after-sale service.
