DOES NOT WANT TO TRANSFER OUR ALARM SYSTEM
Just to give you some background on the situtaion.<br> We have won an alarm system in a competition, and dediced to have ADT fit the alarm on our property (we rent a flat). during the process of fitting the alarm we were told that if we should vacate, or move, ADT will have no problem in assisting us in removing the alarm to our new premises. <br> We have now moved to the seond floor in the same block of flats, and now ADT refuses to assist us in relocating our alarm system to the new flat.
