Does not stick to promises

adt was called to give a quote on a security system. The appointment was made at two and when I called him at 2.15.... He claims that he did not know about the appointment. Secondly the next day he was late for the next appointment. He gave us a quote and promised many goodies.... Bla bla bla this will be free etc. the next time he was called he pitches up sick and says he came into work just for me. Am I suppose to feel sorry for him. He then goes back and everything we agreed upon. A week later when the technicians come in to install the system there is a huge mess up and once again what he promised us is a lie. Lastly the amount to be debited for the month was not agreed upon. No mention of an admin fee of radio installation fee. <br> He is rude and arrogant. No service from his head office when I called several times for them to sort this out. It seems as though they are protecting him. Separate your friends from you colleagues.
