Does not pitch up

My parents made an appointment twice for them to come install an alarm system , and both times they didn't even bother to show up at the house. Each time they phoned to find out where the people are, they were told they would get back to them, and they didnt even bother to phone back.

Absolutely pathetic. We will rather make use of a different security company because if someone does break it, they probably won't even show up at the house!
