DO NOT TRUST THEM! APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO!

Appalling service!!!! I don't trust them either. I strongly suspect involvement of ADT staff during a house break-in. I escalated my issue to senior management at ADT who assured me that an internal investigation was going to be conducted and after 1 month, still no feedback let alone resolution. I even tried calling the respective manager several times to follow up and it seems like they are playing hide and seek - have to hold on for long time, leave messages and he just does not return my calls
