Do not sign up with Adt. You will regret it

I would like to display the lack of dissatisfaction that I have received from Adt/,Fidelity Security .

An incident occurred at my business premises. To my knowledge an armed response officer was supposed to be dispatched within 5Mins( As per Adt contract) As per my Cctv footage, an armed officer only arrived at my business 15mins after I was notified of an activation.

Upon the officers arrival,he was met by the "suspects" who were trying to escape through the fence. This officer had a brief conversation with the suspects. Thereafter he opened the gate and allowed these suspects into the property to "investigate"

A few minutes later,he leaves the suspects unattended and goes to his van. In this time the suspects had caused more damage and vandalized my property.

This officer is seen allowing the suspects to leave without asking any questions, nor taking any details.

I am now left with unanswered questions and a vandalized store.

I spoke to Johnathan on 8th January regarding this matter. To date he or a manager has not contacted me.

Do not sign up with Adt. They will take your money and when there is a problem they are not there for you. They are *********** on all levels. It is a nightmare to deal with a security company as this.
