DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ADT - THEY ARE ***********

I have been trying to decommission my ADT armed response from 28 February - it is now 24 May and I cannot get someone to my house to remove the radio. I have been messed around, including being told to fill out a form that never gets sent via email. THESE GUYS ARE WORSE THAN TELKOM!!!! DO NOT THINK OF SIGNING UP WITH THEM. I now have a problem with my alarm system which they sold to me and installed and they won't come out unless I pay them - like the mafia from days gone by... in the interim I am without an alarm or armed response! The call center is very courteous, but useless at sorting anything out.... unless you pay.
