Do not know why I am still your customer

17:37 I had a break in my business. No one from ADT called to notify me or the patrol car for the break in. I did call them 18:00 and they put me on hold. After they finally arrived 20 min later, they failed to call the police. If you need security, please avoid ADT

You did caused me more than an inconvenience. I will not stay your customer no matter what your Social Media Officer tries to sell me as a service. Will not recommend ADT to anyone who cares about their property, business or their life.
