DO NOT GO WITH ADT!

I received an email today with a report for service. AT NO POINT was it ever communicated with me that there will be additional charges. What is the almost R400pm for ?? I own the alarm paid up , so what am i paying for if you want to charge me extra for a service that im already paying for. I would like to cancel this service as it is pointless. I can then hire myself a security guard with no additional fees. AND TO THE PUBLIC USELESS TO HAVE ADT. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE SERVICE ON TOP OF THE FEES YOU ALREADY PAYING
