Do not feel safe!

<p>In December my father was attacked and beaten badly in our home. We have had extra beams and mobile panic installed and more, just to feel a bit more secure. The problem is that everytime we are away from the home the alarm is set off. ADT now feel that we should be charged for the call out, to check that all is safe! Not sure what we pay a monthly premium for each month.</p> <p>I have spoken to ADT on a number of times to come and check what is at fault as in the evening when I get home from work I activate the beams (as very afraid of ******ers and ******s) which remain on until I leave for work in the morning. The alarm does not activate during this period?</p> <p>I have no response from accounts department or technical on why this happens and why charge me R100 for every call out to check that my house and father are safe?</p> <p>Maybe time for a new and improved security company to look after us - afterall that is what we are paying for?????</p>
