Do not even know where to start

I got a gentlemen to come and quote us for armed response. Was told it is month to month contract. Also received an sms that the first 2 months are free. Everything seemed great especially after I was told that someone will contact me regarding a save that has to be installed at my gate that ADT will be able to access my property in case of emergency. Still waiting for that call, was almost 2 months ago...<br> <br> After the first month I received an sms stating that debit order did not go through. Phoned the number on the sms only to be told no one can assist me with my query... BUT, someone will phone me back. Still waiting... Tried contacting the person that sold us the so called 24 month contract, no response. Tried the person that arranged the meeting, was told that my queries are passed on to customer care and I will be contacted. Guess what, also still waiting for their call. <br> <br> Got a quote from company in our area and they are R150 a month cheaper...<br> <br> ADT, just cancel anything I might have with you. Take this as my written cancellation.
