Disappointed with the service from ADT SOUTH COAST BRANCH. From delayed response time, Control room delay or no call backs, office lady rude and a don't care attitude behavior. Numerous calls to them for alarm faults, ADt techs comes out carry out repairs. alarm works for a week and then fault comes back This has been going on for over a year. Call out fees is the only thing they know. This security company has greed for call out fees rather than ensuring the clients be safe. What a waste. Beware of this security company as their main priority is money and not your safety.
