Dissatisfaction regarding ADT Armed Response.

<p>I would like to express with great concern my dissatisfaction regarding the armed response of ADT. Today my Alarm triggered at my premises at Pinetown. The control room contacted me and I advised then to send out the armed response. My wife went home and the alarm triggereddue to the time it took to input the code and left the front gate opened with the door closed. When armed response arrived at my premises the guard slipped a note under the door not taking note that the front gate was left opened and there could potentially be a break-in or did not even bother to make contact with any body inside the premises. My wife stood and watched the armed response reaction to the situation. Guard was not on premises for more than a minute. Makes you wonder the level of service being provided by what supposed to be a reputable company. Makes you wonder if we were really in trouble what would have happened. Absolutely dissatisfied</p>
