Dissapointed!!!!

Hi Yesterday I called ADT. We want to terminate our contract.I spoke with Anika She promised to call me back the very same day, as they do not have the relevant information of our contract at hand. She also promised to speak to her manager, to wave the increase, after she clearly agreed that no one informed us about the annual increase. Guess what....we still waiting for yesterday. This is not the first time we experience such bad service from ADT . They all a bunch of *****, and promise anything to keep a person bounded to their contract. Many of our neighbours are complaining about their service too. Rather disgusting!!!!!
