Disrespectful ADT Technian

I’m busy trying to move my account from Citi Protection to ADT. As I was their customer before, I spoke with the dealer before and received the quote. Yesterday spoke to a lady from Adt officers and promised to send me new quotes. This morning I get called by this ****** white male called Cobus Bester ordering me around that he will take over. I explained that I already started a conversation with somebody else and he get offended. Telling that he is calling from head office, he will stop the deal with the dealer. Coz I was their customer before. That ****** was very rude, to talk to me as a customer like that. I told him that’s my property I decide who I give the deal, this guy cannot think he got right in my property. People like this should deal face to face with customers. He’s a typical idiot and narrow minded, thinking this is still apartheid time
