dispute between adt & myself

A contract between yourself and me was never done with the take over and I continue to pay the monitoring fee of plus minus R180. In March when they moved the alarm system from Blouhaak Street to Maroela Crescent I signed a contract and I was told by Ben that it was for the transfer of the alarm. I later noticed that it was a contract with an amount of plus minus R380 which I queried with Ben and he informed me verbally that he contacted head office and that the amount was wrong and I could continue paying the R180.</p> <p><br />A few months later I received a letter from you stating that I was in arrears and that the payment for the monitoring was R380. I went to your offices and spoke to Sonette van As and she informed me that the amount of R180 was still correct. During this time my wife noticed that an amount of R320 was deducted from her account since March 2015 (which amount up . We contacted your head office and contacted Mampho who then forwarded us a copy of the contract in which I noticed that it was the same contract I believed to be for the transfer of the alarm. Although I signed the contract my wifes account number was written in the contract but not by me. How the account number was obtained I do not know. I never gave them any account number because all my payments to you was done via EFT.</p> <p><br />I consider this as ********** and an act of gross negligence on your behalf. I urge you to look into this matter as soon as possible and let me know no later that 17/10/2016 as I intend to obtain legal advice if no satisfactory action can be obtained from you.</p> <p><br />Please note that the amount deducted from my wives account was more than R4000 in total as well as a EFT from myself of R180 each month.</p> <p><br />Thank You</p> <p><br />HD Myburgh</p>
