Disgusting service from unproffessional ADT Alberton!!!

I am Raging with anger!! I cancelled my contract with ADT Security in March 2016 after my house was broken into in February and they failed to check on the burglary. i sent a long letter of complaint to them and and to follow-up three times before someone could come back to me. The manager i dealt with, David Malamulele was useless so i cancelled. They then sent someone to fetch their equipment i cut my ties of with them. In March 2018 I received a statement of account which I disputed. and all went quiet. Now a year later, my account has been handed over to Norman Bisset!!! What a nerve!!!
