Disgusting Service from ADT and it continues

I complained about the service on this platform on the 09th April 2015 - to date no one has made contact with me. I am having to call ADT daily for a refund. I paid for a product on the 14 March 2015 and to date ADT has been unable to supply me with the product hence me cancelling on the 9th April and I have been struggling since to get back my money. I emailed smthembu and rmaharaj yesterday for feedback and for a refund and no response. OMG I cannot believe the rotten service I am receiving from ADT and I have been a client of theirs for years. ADT CAN YOU GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY WITH INTEREST AS YOU ARE A BUNCH OF ***** AND *******
