disgusting service from ADT

I regret ever taking services from ADT what a pathetic service provider with such *********** consultants. I called in May to cancel my subscription was told jo we will give you 3 months free service sharp no problem , I called in August to finally cancel was told to send an email to confirm in writing today I'm being flooded with emails that i owe ADT some ridiculous amounts , I requested my call recording a gentleman called me by the name of Thabo so rude I told him I am at work can he call me later till today has not called back I had to call him still was told his busy he will call me have not received any call from him...
