Disgusting service

A ***** jumped into my yard, stole two tyres. Panic button was pressed 3 - 4 times with ADT coming after half an hour of the incident. Now my Alarm has a fault and ADT wants to charge me for a technician to come out and sort the fault out. The alarm was never tampered with or broken from my side, so I refuse to pay
