Disgusting Service

I would not Recommend ANYONE going on board with ADT, their service is disgusting. I had a call out with a technician to come to our house to rewire 2 beams at the back of our house because we had quite a few break-in's since January were they stole about R35k of goods just from our yard. He was supposed to pitch up at 2pm in the afternoon and only rocked up there at about 3:30pm looked around at what he needs to do and refused to our faces to do the rewire because he only works until 4pm in the afternoon and an half an hour is not enough, i mean he was late we were there the time arranged with us by ADT they should know how long these things should take, he refused to give us his superior's tel number to discuss the matter with him/her. We had to phone around and finally got someone to phone him to rewire at least 1 beam for us. He rewired the one beam but didn't do the job correctly as we received false alarms the next day without the alarm being armed. They came back yesterday to fix the problem and rewire the beams and eye. It wasn't even 2 hours and we already received another false alarm. Now we have to arrange ANOTHER Tech to come out!!!! This is ridiculous!
