Disgusting service

I don't seem to be getting any response from your call centre so maybe someone will listen here. I am completely disgusted in the service I have received from your company! I called on Tuesday to speak to a sales consultant and by Friday no one had called me back. I then called you at 10am yesterday asking for a explanation and they answer I was given was 'I don't know'. I then held on for 10 minutes for a sales consultant just to be told Paul was on a call and will call me back in 20 mins. It's now Saturday morning and no one has called me. How on earth can you run a business like this? And then you want people to put their lives in your hands. This is unacceptable. I used you years ago but after receiving bad service from your armed response guys I cancelled my account. It's 6 years later and I see nothing has changed.
