DISGUSTING SERVICE

I had a break-in on the 22nd and nobody came to rescue me. The ***** came in took household goods and my car whilst the alarm was ringing and nobody came. I had to walk to gate to the ADT security to findout what was really happening.<br> <br> I was told that they didn't receive a signal, whilst I'm paying every month for something that doesn't even work. I was never told that I'm supposed to check every week. I found out when I called the call centre.I have calling and getting a bad attitude or calls being dropped each time. up to today nobody has come to check what the problem really is.<br> <br> I decided that I wanted an alarm system for extra security, I could have died or been ***** , this is extremely disgusting.<br> <br> I lost everything what is it that your company is prepared to do to reimburse me...what am I paying for each month???<br> <br> You have to pay for this...this is unacceptable!
