Disgusting service

Absolutely pathetic. I tried to change my banking details (filling in forms like 3 different times), it took a year and still was not done. Then I cancel the contract because they are so *********** (by signing more forms) and four months later that is not done - but now they are debiting my account and my husband's account even though we are with another provider. FFS
