DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Being on the phone yesterday being send from pillar to post by the employees of ADT for 2 hours, I was called by a guy named KGOSI who informed me that a technician will be at my house yesterday afternoon after 16:00pm to sort out my alarm system ,until now my alarm is still not working and I am still waiting for the technician to come....
