DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been dealing with this problem with ADT since yesterday 18 July at 17:00pm in the afternoon. My alarm system has been making this buzzing sound I have been calling ADT since yesterday spoke to many different consultants even technicians that basically said they CAN'T ASSIST... while this alarm is going off like crazy the people who installed this system just simply said THEY CAN'T HELP!!!!

So my question is this if the company who installed the system CAN'T HELP like the several TECHNICIANS SAID !!!!! WHO CAN ASSIST???
