DISGUSTING

I was asked to deliver toiletries to my mom at the OR Tambo hospital. Ongoing through the parking the security attendant asked me to pay him on the way out as the said he is doing me a favour to let me in ...." Don't forget me on the way out ....remember I am helping you" He directed us to ward 20 as we asked for directions.

When we go to the ward the Security lady was extremely rude and told us that the gate did not let her know we are coming to drop items we have to go back to the gate.

I asked her what must the gate tell her...she said that we were coming and I asked what happens after and she said she will them ask the sister.

I poceeded to call the ward and the sister came out to collect the toiletries where she was stopped and yelled at by the security lady and sent back to the ward and was refuse to collect the toiletries from us.

I went back to the gate and also called to ask the Security Manager to meet us at the ward.

The security at the gate tried to call her over the radio at which point we assumed that the radio was put off as he could not get through to ward 20's radio.

I went back and a supervisor had arrived and was talking to my brother and then all hell broke loose and I want to take a photo graph of this particular lady and I was pushed hardly handedly out of the 1st meter past the security gate in the hospital by 3 guards.

A cleaner walked pasted an took the toiletries off us as all of this happened.

THIS IS A DISGUSTING SITUATION FOR ME TO DEAL WITH IN THIS TIME ...ALL THIES LADY AHD TO DO WAS ASK THE WARD SISTER AND TAKE THE TOILETRIES.

NOT ONLY WAS I BRIBED I WAS ALSO ASSULTED.
