DISGUSTED WITH ADT

I was emailed by a company called Debt Source in late Jan telling me that my account with ADT had been suspended due to non payment. Bank statements were sent to Debt Source showing that ALL payments had been made on time and the account is up to date. Debt Source emailed all the info to ADT not once but 4 TIMES and ADT are still to reply. In the meantime I am paying for NO SERVICE. I have called ADT to try and sort it out but they have passed it to Debt Source they say. SO NOW WHAT, ADT? How can Debt Source sort it if you don't have the decency to reply to them? I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH ADT. I have been with them for 15 years...well not for much longer after this.
