Disgusted by the ADT security service.

I am absolutely disgusted by the ADT security service. I had a contract with them and whenever the alarm went off no one came to check. When I called the head-office I was told they only monitor the alarm and they don't respond. So I cancelled the contract but they still debit my account. I want my money back.
