Disgusted!!!!

A few weeks ago someone broke into my yard. I pressed my panic and phoned the control room and told them there was a problem. Reaction officer arrives 32 minutes later. Just thankful that the intruders didnt want to come into the house. Apparently judging from my community whatsapp group this is the norm for adt. Im canceling my adt contract.
