Disgusted

Still waiting for the cape Town area manager to call since an intruder tried to break into our place early hours in Sunday. Patrol guy came very late and said he never knew our address... For real.. This tells us that they never patrol the area but takes money off every month. Asked to patrol during the night.. Never did.. Lucky we asked our neighbors service provider to patrol.. Which they did.. How pathetic is ADT..will def be moving from them.. Customer services means nothing to this company!!!!
