Disgruntled client

I have been a client of ADT for over 8 years, the problem that I have with ADT is that there are a number of clients in the area that I live in, however I hardly see an adt patrol car in the area as compared to most suburbs where you tend to find more than two cars in the area. I have complained about this several times they promised that the area manager will come back to me but not once have I had a response from the area manager, and nothing has been done about it. When the alarm goes off a number of times they do not respond like this morning at 7:33am if they do respond the response time is poor.
