Disgrace ADT

What a disgusting service provider!!! What's the use of paying for a service which you don't receive? We had a life threatening emergency tonight 16 March 2018 where a child needed urgent medical care but guess what the panic button was pressed more than 8 times with no response from ADT at all, the silent panic button was also entered countless times but still nothing from this USELESS ADT so called security provider. We had to hire private transport to take our child to hospital. Ever since ADT and Fertility become one the service is a total Disaster. WE ARE CANCELLING AGREEMENT WITH YOU AND DON'T EXPECT A SINGLE SENT FROM US!!!!!
