Disatisfied

I phoned the call centre for a quote for my home security system on 15.12.2017 and they sent out Marc Blignaut on 18.12.2017 and he assessed my property and he advised that he would come back to me with a quote. He didn't come back to me and I phoned and sms him on 27.12.2017 and that is when he told me he left the company and left the company and handed over his work to his Sales Manager Robert Scott. I phoned him and there was no answer, I sent Robert messages and there was still no answer. I'm totally dissatisfied at the level of no service received from ADT. when I phoned to lay my complaint no one cared for what I had to say.
